All orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the next working day...

All orders are dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail standard delivery. This normally takes a couple of days to arrive - however it sometimes takes longer... (Royal Mail say to allow 14 working days...)

All worldwide orders are dispatched via Royal Mail AirMail. This normally takes a 5 days to arrive for European orders, and 10 days for worldwide - however it sometimes takes longer...

Washing Instructions And Fabric Information

You will be pleased to know that the pillow is fully washable at 40 degrees and tumble dry safe!

The fabric is a 50-50 mix of polyester cotton and the polyester hollow fibre filling meets with the British Standard fire regulation BS5852

Note: does not include actual pillow. Really, we should call it TitPillowCase, but that sounds bent. If you are not satisfied with our product, we are happy to fully refund you. Just send back the product in the condition it was sent to you in the original packaging and we will refund you in the same way in which you paid. Please remember to ask for a 'Proof of Postage' certificate at the Post Office when you send it.
